Predictive maintenance on an autoclave laboratory scale

Abstract: In this study, defective data from ten autoclaves was analyzed to determine the most frequent cause of issues that substantially contribute to autoclave failure. The findings indicated that voltage and electrical supply fluctuations were the primary cause of the majority of autoclave problems, and a predictive maintenance system based on Matlab software was developed in response to this data.
